About the JHDC: A wall-mount DC jackshaft operator with a built-in hoist, so the door can be raised or lowered by hand chain during a power outage. For commercial sectional and rolling steel doors.

  • Door weight: 7 = up to 700 lbs, 12 = up to 1200 lbs, 22 = up to 2200 lbs (2200 models add a holding brake)
  • Duty: S = standard duty (up to 20 cycles per hour), X = extended duty for high-cycle doors
  • Battery backup: capable, battery kit sold separately
