Zero-Wiring Installation: The LOOPDETLM features a plug-in connector with no wiring needed, making it one of the fastest loop detectors to install on the market. Simply plug it directly into your compatible LiftMaster operator and it's ready to configure.

Three Flexible Detection Modes: The LOOPDETLM supports multiple detection modes — Shadow Mode keeps swing gates open when vehicles are within the loop area, Interrupt Mode reopens a closing gate if a vehicle is detected, and Exit Mode opens a closed gate automatically as vehicles exit. This makes it adaptable for a wide range of entry, exit, and safety applications.

8 Sensitivity Settings: The LOOPDETLM features 8 sensitivity settings to properly sense obstructions, allowing installers to fine-tune detection for different pavement types, loop sizes, and vehicle types.

Ultra-Low Power Draw — Battery Backup Friendly: Drawing just 12VDC at 3mA, the LOOPDETLM is power efficient for maximum cycles on battery backup — making it an excellent choice for solar-powered gate systems or any installation where battery life is critical.

Loop Wire Requirements: The loop itself must be a continuous length of wire without any breaks or splices. Loop wire can be 14, 16, or 18 gauge stranded wire with either cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or polyester insulation, installed in a saw slot of 1/8" to 1/4" wide.
