Product works as expected on an older (1989) garage door opener. The original opener had an internal 24vac supply that fried the original receiver. After a small investment in an external 24vac transformer, the new receiver works as expected.

First receiver lasted 28 years. Great longevity and reliability.

Many thanks for the super-quick response to my need. This was the second replacement of my Linear DR receiver in about 15 years. The first came from a local Overhead Door Co. dealer at a considerably higher purchase price-- even when I installed it myself! The original Linear DR dated from construction of my house in 1983.
