LiftMaster LA400 Dual Swing Gate Operator Kit

The LiftMaster LA400PKGUL-DUAL is a complete two-arm kit for automating dual (bi-parting) swing gates — the double-gate setup where two leaves meet in the middle. It includes everything needed to power both gate leaves: two 24VDC linear actuator arms, a control box with built-in Security+ 2.0 receiver, monitored safety photo eyes, and battery backup.

Each arm handles a gate leaf up to 16 ft long or 850 lbs, making this ideal for residential driveways, HOA entrances, and light commercial properties with double swing gates. Fully UL325 compliant with the included monitored safety devices.

Need a single-gate kit instead? See the LiftMaster LA400 single swing gate operator.
