A little difficult to program the remote first time. If installed on a Liftmaster garage door opener than instructions would work well. Called Tech support for Liftmaster and followed their guidance to program remote to a 412HM received and worked first time. Programmed easily if you know the trick. Works great.

This is a handy replacement for the bulkier clip-on remote that came with the mechanism installed in the garage.
Happy with the information provided at the Gatehouse, which directed me to the updated version of the remote needed for the model of my garage door opener.

I bought this opener because I had to buy a new LiftMaster 8360 garage door opener system. All of the cars in our family have home link, however all Homelake three systems not the newest generation home Link 4. I either had by repeater from home link or use remotes. The remotes that came with the opener too big this is small and I can Vecro it anywhere I watch on the dashboard, console or on the ceiling next to the home link buttons.

These little remotes are much more compact than the two big honking things that come with the garage door opener system.

A little hard to program, but works great!

This was a little tricky to program. I have a red learn button. The secret is to get as close to the unit as possible. I was standing on a step stool and I wasn't close enough. Use the ladder and get right up to the unit. My unit was built in 1998.

I wanted a a small key chain size remote garage door opener. after going to the "box" store for pricing, what to do.... you go on line, find what you need, and place your order. I called gatehouse and found the customer service gal to be very helpful. I saved $10.00 over the "box" store pricing, AND received my order a day earlier than what the nice lady at gatehouse quoted. Thanks!
