    As a landlord I have purchases numerous of these. They always work well. Since I purchased the first one a few years ago I have never had to replace any batteries, or any other problems

    This remote works great controlling both a community gate (HOA told me I needed a Multi Code model #3089) and my Liftmaster garage door.

    The liftmaster was the device recommended for a discontinued controller. It was a little cumbersome to program, but works very well and appears to have a better range than the discontinued Chamberlain TriCode TC2. Product arrived in a couple of days. Great service!

    So pleased this transmitter worked with my now outdated opener, ( 16 year old opener). Bought one 5 years ago fron you on a forclosed house, and dropped it recently, this replacement really saved on getting a whole new system . Keep up the good supply!!!

    Easy to program, Range not so good

    The instructions were very easy to follow, and I was able to easily program the 375LM to open both a Genie and Multicode DIP switch style opener. However, the range is not as good as the original remotes, so you have to pull up close to the door to open it. Still, it is a nice compact remote and suits my needs well.

    The item was easy to order, delivered earlier than expected and was easy to set up. All in all it worked just like I expected it to. Really like ite when items ordered on line work right the first time.
