Our garage door remote stopped working and Gatehouse Supplies had a replacement! Gatehouse was precise and helpful with simple directions that helped me identify the exact product I needed! The new remote was a reasonable price for replacing the old and it was shipped and received in very timely manner. The new remote was easy to program as had been instructed by Gatehouse. The units programed easy and work just fine for my gate, I wish there were not so many different frequency and code options, now i have to by a new garage door opener so i can use just one controller.

It took me approximately 2 seconds to program it, and my garage door opener was replaced! Not sure WHAT happened to the previous one, but I am sure glad I was able to order a new one so easily and inexpensively!! Thank you very much!!

I received this remote and programed it in just seconds. I had originally called the place that installed the garage door opener because I remembered they said that if I needed another remote that i would have to get it from them. They wanted $ 150.00 for one remote. I politely told them they were completely insane and then I found you and purchased the remote for 21.00. Thanks
