Liftmaster 361LM [NO LONGER AVAILABLE use 811LMX]

Remotes got here earlier than promised! Programming them took less than a minute and they work perfectly. I am definitely satisfied.

Customer service answered my questions quickly and accurately. Ordered on a Thursday afternoon, it arrived on Saturday using regular USPS mail.

I stupidly ordered a part that CLEARLY indicated it was not for use in Residential units but it was titled "Universal" so that preempted my view I guess. Anyway, a delightful rep, Chelsea jumped in on my session, she was very helpful. (Would have liked her to clonk me on the head about "NOT FOR RESIDENTIAL USE" but alas...) I ordered 361LM, received it quickly was strutting pretty tall - in spite of my disability..I have been using the wall unit on garage EVERY TIME (which truly has been a struggle for me but I digress...) so I "program it" to our opener... nada... Read the instructions for the remote.. program again... nada. Read instructions on garage opener...program again....nada. Back to website I go... this is when I learned what a near-sighted boob I was. Read instructions/rules for returns, order correct remote - 371LM, box up 361lm, mail it back. Soooo I'm awaiting right remote.. if you're still interested after reading this, I'll tell you the rest of the story as it unfolds.
