When will I get my Order?
  Most common item are in stock and ship out the same day if: ordered before 2:30pm PST and shipped via FedEx Mon-Fri US Mail shipment cut off time is 2:30 pm PST Mon-Fri most orders are ship from Los Angeles, CA area and are 1-2 Business day delivery in CA and 4-5 days to the East coast if shipped via Fed Ex Ground Note Fed Ex deliveries are Mon-Fri only days calculated are business days and the day it shipped does not count for example if you order before 2:30pm on Wednesday and select Fed Ex 2 day air you order should arrive on Friday If ordered before 2:30pm on Thursday and Fed Ex 2 day air is selected your order should arrive on Monday Note Orders placed on Friday before 2:30pm and Fed Ex NEXT day air is selected order will not be delivered until Monday Please refer to www.fedex.com for complete details on delivery time. faster shipping options with prices are available at checkout. Most Doorking products are dropped shipped directly from them, allow an extra day for processing as they do not guarantee same day shipping.

My order never arrived.

If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
