Elite Power Hinge ball bearing hinges for steel swing gate

This hinge as shown to be used for a single one piece swing gate

For dual/bi parting gates 2 sets would be required


Cold rolled steel, heavy duty hinge
Designed for a minimum 1.5" gate frame
Two 5/8" ball bearings for smooth operation
3/4" solid stainless steel, tempered shaft
Weight capacity per pair: 3000 lb.
Includes one set of hinges for a single gate
Each individual hinge block measures 3" tall x 2.25 wide x 1-1/2 wide
overall height of hinge assembly is 6-3/16" x 3"
The required hinge gap is 3"

    Not a matching pair

    I have returned for exchange-the machining was not identical for each hinge-gap varied approx. 1/8" expecting a matching pair, cost me $ 20.00 to return within "10 days" FedEx ,may have been less USPS. Still waiting for reply in regard to other products I am interested in.

    these hinges are a great foundation for any custom hinge application. They are easy to use and extremely strong.
