the remote came with the battery installed already and it was very easy to program using the purple learn button on the garage door opener and the large button o n the remote control. The price was very reasonable as well. I bought 2 units plus the one that came with the motor . 1 for each car and one for the house.

Web site was great to help pick out the right remote. Shipping was quick and it took me about 30 seconds to program it. It came with a visor clip (which I don't remember seeing on the description) so I ordered a visor clip I didn't need. But otherwise, great service.
