    Needed a second remote control. Gatehouse had the best price/shipping. Received pretty quickly. Directions included were easy to follow and I got it working with the push of a button on the opener unit. Easy enough and works like it's supposed to. I'm a happy camper.

    Great customer service ~ polite, helpful & professional. No trouble with contacting customer service via phone. I had trouble programming the remote, but customer service was extremely helpful and gave me detailed instructions even an old lady could understand. Top notch all the way around!

    I checked the delivery/routing history of this item after I received your email late yesterday - your records claim that this item was delivered on 9/24/2012. NOTHING was delivered to our home from you.
