    The turnbuckle is just fine. The blister pac you mailed it in leaves something to be desired. When it arrived the turnbuckle was protruding out of the package. You should wrap the part with some bubble wrap before shipment.

    After loosening the chain tension with turn buckle adjustment the master links easily uncouple the chain from the turn buckle eye bolts. The reverse the process to put in a the new turn buckle.
