The Gear kit I ordered came on the second day, and the youtube video by Gatehhouse was perfect. It took me a couple of hours total because I was meticulous, but $17 repair and 2 hours is way better than $200 and just as much time installing a new one.

Excellent service, the part was delivered in two days, and the price was the lowest online. If I need any other parts in the future, I will definitely buy from Gatehouse!

Got the parts in 3 days. Took my son and i 2 1/2 hrs from start to finish. Took it down and worked in the house becase of the minus degree temps in Michigan. All in all had no problems at all. Had more parts in package than i needed. Couldn't ask for a better experiance. Thank you Gatehouse.
