The new board works great. Just had to adjust the down force of the garage door. The only issue is the plastic bezel was not a direct fit. I had to remove the board and install it on the old bezel. Only took an extra 5 minutes.
The end cap holding the circuit board was not an exact replacement but the circuit board was easy to remove and install in the original unit. Worked great with reprogramming all the remotes.
This replacement board worked great. My garage door opener is 15 years old and the door would stop almost every time I was opening it. Sometimes it would go a couple of inches or maybe a foot. it would take about 5 or 6 tries to get door all the way up or down. I found this replacement logic board and was an easy install. Idid have to take the board off the case and put it on my old case as they were different, but that was only 6 screws. Great directions in the package also.
Easy to install and it arrived earlier than expected.
I used this logic board to fix my model 139.53985D Craftsman/Liftmaster 1/2 HP opener. I had to swap out the cover as mine was curved and this was flat -no problem to do- Just 5 screws
My problem. The Door went up ok , but would stop on the close cycle every foot or two and the lights would blink. After several pushes of the control, the opener would shut down as if unplugged. After a few minutes the opener would turn on and I could close the door After replacing the logic board the opener works fine again. —Problem solved !
Like several others said, the plastic housing was not a perfect fit for my garage door opener. However I could easily remove the circuit boards and put them in the old housing, and everything worked great.
Ordered logic board for craftsman garage door opener received part for chamberlain took the logic board out and placed in craftsman it works great hated to throw away the new housing though.
The housing that the board was was not correct , but it was super easy to swap them out.
The product itself was good quality oem. However, I did not see in the product information that it was not the "part number" I was searching for and that I had to take the receiver/power board off of the new one and replace it on the old one.
I was shipped the correct logic board very quickly. the housing was not the same so I had to transfer the boards over to my old housing and it worked like a charm.
We were treated to the destructive effects of a lightning transient occurring near our home. Cable modem POOF, various light dimmers POOF, and then there was the most inconvenient failure of them all, the garage door opener logic board. Fortunately I found Gate House and purchased a replacement board for a fraction of the cost to replace the entire opener or by getting the same part from the OEM vendor. Very happy with the result. Went in easy. Worked great first time and continues to this day. Thanks GateHouse great job.
I was very happy with the customer service. I took advantage of the online chat feature on your website - and your representative was able to answer my very specific questions. The product arrived quickly and was easy to install. You saved me a lot of money!
