I recently needed to replace the batteries in the BBU for my Liftmaster opener. I was pleased to find the OEM batteries for a fair price. Took about a day to fully charge and now everything works as designed.

I have no idea what that service could be, and the cost to bring someone out makes no sense.

The repair company bought out the wrong battery and then implied that new batteries for this model would be hard to find... it was not hard to find through Gatehouse,
I ordered the exact model number shown on the installation instructions (that I've kept since the unit was new)...bingo the batteries arrived a few days later at half the cost the repair company was going to charge me.

I've ordered other replacement parts for my garage door opener through Gatehouse and have always been satisfied.
