Your handling of the order was very good. I got promtly what I needed and it is already installed and works. I appretiated the instructions and the videos of the repair. There I found, that without the grease the gear lasts two weeks, and with the grease 7 years. I did the repair myself, because my repairman (from the shop I bought the door and opener) did not use the grease at all, and it failed after one and half month, for 150 dollars I paid. I will see how long it will last after I greased it thoroughly several times. The original gear lasted 13 years, until now. Thanks.
