Too many parts I won't need. Why not allow the customer to order/pay for whats wanted/needed. Thats not allowed by you.

Robert: If you don't change both gears the old one will tear through the new one within weeks, the gears are a matched set.
It is highly suggested that you change the included bushings while you have it apart.
If one of them is worn then the gears won't line up and they will fail again.
