Everything was in order and correct. The video was very helpful. Parts fit, but did not slide in nearly as easily as pictured.
With a lot of strength and energy we got everything to work. The repair took about 3 hours instead of eight minutes. I suggest purchasing the whole wheel piece for $20.00 more and you would save much time and energy.

Excellent kit that contained everything you need including good instructions. Most difficult thing was removing a very tight bushing. Otherwise, it was a piece of cake repair. Thanks for making it easy.

Great service, on time, and right part.
I did have an issue with payment, I tried to use a credit card, thought it went through, but it didn't. I got an email asking for payment and I used PayPal... part came in two or three days. I have since ordered a remote opener... should be here in a few days.

The parts I received were great, and the instructional video on the site helped a lot.

My one beef is with the construction of the opener, as it is a PAIN to get the pins out to replace the large plastic gear, but that's not the fault of gatehouse.
