Parts were as described and at a better price the everyone else.

The service was fantastic. Ordered the part on a Friday afternoon and requested US Postal service. The part arrived at my home in Michigan on Monday morning. Parts and instructions were exactly as advertised. Job completed in a little over an hour and save myself nearly $450, estimated cost of replacing the entire unit.

My door stopped working all of a sudden.

I would definitely use this company again to help me solve my garage opener needs.

The kit gave me more than I needed. Only the gear and pin was needed. Otherwise great. Maybe just sell a kit with those two items and save some money. I liked the online repair vids.Very helpful.

The only thing I would recommend is that the tool list for the repair be included as a reference on the website, since there was one unique tool (a punch for the removal and reset of the retaining pin), which might not be in a standard set of tools for a homeowner.
