    Great surface! Ordered the replacement gears for the 4100 garage door opener. By using the video you supplied on your web site it took less than an hour to replace the gears and have the garage door working. Saved over 100 dollars by fixing my unit vs buying a brand new one. Thank you again

    Product was good, but instructional video was even better! It is so hard to slog through written instructions that are static. Being able to watch the video on my iPad, pause while I catch up, and proceed to completion was outstanding.

    Easy enough for someone of moderate mechanical skill to install. Printed instructions were poor so watch Gatehouse's instructional video, which is very good. But the real story is the quality of the Gatehouse service. Good price, great instructional video, fast service, and they had it in stock. I've recommended Gatehouse to two or three people so far.
