The part was exactly right. The instructions were mostly good. They forgot to mention a plastic holding clip but fortunately we realized what it was and removed it without accidentally breaking it.

Part was delivered in 4-5 days and was in good condition. Included instructions for replacing my worn out gear and I was able to fix my opener in a couple of hours. No complaints and would order from the company again.
