Just received and installed new gear after viewing your video. No problems and the unit is back installed and working.

The parts were what we needed and the video for the install was very informative but, there was one problem. When you put the new sprocket in, you push it up through the bottom of the unit and put the screws in from the top. It isn't until the unit is reinstalled on the ceiling and the chain is on & tightened that you realize the sprocket base needed to be turned a certain way so the Sprocket cover will fit in the holes. We now have a cover (paid for) that we can't use unless we take the whole thing apart again!
