Emailed customer service about compatibility with my existing equipment and got an answer right away. Ordered the wireless keypad and got in it in 2 days. With the video on programming it took me longer to open the box than it did to install and program. Couldn't have been easier!!!! Thanks

Your site allowed me to cruse thur the possible replacements for my dead house control and pick the correct replacement. I was surprised by the speed that I received the part. Easily 3 days before I expected it. I have you listed in my favorites because my wifes car remote is acting funny and may need replacement SOON.

The Multi Code 4200 that I purchased is a replacement unit for a unit that I originally bought at least ten years ago. I decided to get a replacement because the numbers were fading and the buttons were starting to become hard to activate. Battery replacement was very minimal.

Perfect outside keypad. Hope it weathers well since keypad doesn't have a cover

The only issue I have is that this is a replacement for an earlier item (same model) which only lasted two years.

as a matter of fact, the instructions on setting codes, gave me the idea to reset my old keypad. Works like a charm.
