In an online chat Amber gave me the link to the page for the mcs308913 after making sure that was what I needed, as I live in Las Vegas - not Canada. Additionally, prior to shipping I received a call to confirm that this Canadian Version was what I wanted because, after all, I lived in Las Vegas! Who knows why it is that way, but it is. The Multi Code arrived and works perfectly! The call prior to shipping was both courteous and a glaring one-upmanship of the standards in Customer Service these days. Thank you for taking the time to question the obvious discrepancy and making the call to verify all was right with the order before I could have potentially been stuck with an unworkable device. You have a customer for life and I will recommend you to anyone looking for remote controls or entry systems.

Works great. Came with battery, and was delivered in 2 days. Customer service was very helpful. I didn't have an exact model number, but I had no problem getting the right one, and there was no thick accent to strain my hearing with, just good-old american!
