The Linear ACT-31B (ACP00879) is a compact, single-button keychain-style Mega Code transmitter designed for Linear access control systems and gate operators. It features block coding for easy programming of large quantities of remotes and delivers reliable 318 MHz performance in a very small package.

Exact remote transmitters as factory Linear

Provides remote access to our community gates on a Linear AE1000 Plus. Each remote has a special encoding that needs to be programmed into our Linear for security. Each remote has its own code.

I was stunned to the point of awe the way you handling your customer's requests. Let me tell you an amazing story with my order #235990, chronologically:

Aug 19, 2016, at 11:48 PM I sent a response to you about your excellent tracking system, and also asked some questions related to the order.
To my overwhelming surprise I received an answer on Aug 20, 2016, at 12:16 AM (!!!) how to resolve the issue.
On Aug 20, 2016, at 8:45 AM received a follow up e-mail from you asking how I was doing about solving the problem with programming the transmitter. In a final account, it turned out to be more bureaucratic than technical.

I still can't come to terms with the way how excellently your team is working. They (some of them) are not ordinary technicians, but , surprisingly, civil servants, kind of... Politicians should follow their example.
