The Linear LB Mini T (DNT00026) is a compact single-button keychain-style transmitter for older Linear Delta-3 gate and access control systems. Operating at 310 MHz with 8 DIP switches (256 selectable codes), this miniature remote is perfect for everyday carry on a keyring.

Includes 12V battery and test/operate LED indicator.

Note: This is a fixed-code DIP switch remote. It is designed exclusively for legacy Delta-3 systems and is not compatible with modern rolling-code, Security+ 2.0, or Multi-Code systems.

We live in a gated community in So Cal and needed a couple of gate openers. I contacted our management company and was told to send them $80 for two and they would send them to us in two weeks. I went on line and found this website and ordered two Linear openers which are the same as the one unit we already had. The ordering process and delivery took four days. They work great and we saved $43. I am telling all of our neighbors.
