I tried to order this part from Chamberlain twice. They never got it to me even though I paid for it. I tried to have a local place order the part three months later I was still waiting. Gatehouse supplies is the only one that got the part to me. They got it to me in less than a week. It is just a plastic idler pulley.

Order this same pulley from another site and took 30 days to get pulley. Gatehouse had it at my door in 4 days. Great job gatehouse
