    The product came well packaged to prevent damage and with complete instructions for installation. The only tricky part was programming in the learner code based on the type of door you have. This was also not too difficult as the learner keys on your door are color coded. All in all the product worked as intended and I would buy from this vendor again if the need arises. Richard from NY

    Had the remote in just a couple of days....was very impressed with that....followed the instructions in the box and the remote worked right away......took longer to mount it than it did to program it.
