B7 22-240 230V Brake Solenoid [K22-240]

I had some concerns since the item we needed showed "in stock" online but was actually backordered. We needed these brake solenoids ASAP. Gatehouse communicated with us openly and said that the parts should arrive within the week. They did and overall Gatehouse was very responsive and professional in meeting our needs. The prices were also very competitive compared to the one LiftMaster distributor (out of three) that actually returned our call.
