When I received the coupler It was smaller then the one
The garage door opener had. I tried it and it works grate. I thought I was going to have to buy another opener. This saved me a lot of money. I am thinking on getting another one as I heard this is common on the screw type opener.
They also shipped fast. No complaints....

it is a shame that we need to buy a $2.70 + $6/7 shipping part for a garage door opener made of hard plastic when the mfg. could make this coupler out of metal or aluminum. This coupler was exactly what I needed and it shipped fast.
