    We initially thought the RPM sensor was bad on our garage door opener, and found what we thought was the correct part somewhere else. What we needed was this one, the motor with the sensor. Install was very easy, instructions included. Keep in mind you will have to re-adjust the start & stopping points on your opener once it is installed. I was able to save over $60 buy purchasing this part through Gatehouse as opposed to purchasing it at the only warehouse on the island. Great product.

    Garage door motor went out saturday night and I ordered a replacement part on sunday and recieved my order by tuesday morning. The part was the exact replacement part and easy instructions were included.

    I received the part and it also contained instructions to install it and make the necessary adjustments in detail. I was very satisfied with the part and the documentation that I received with it. This part solved the issue with the garage door opener not working. I was very pleased with the part that gatehouse shipped to me. If I have any parts in the future that I need for my garage door opener, I will be checking the Gatehouse web site first as I saved 30-40 dollars over ordering the part from the manufacturer's web site.
