A very good replacement part. This plastic trolley rides the screw drive and takes the brunt of the lifting force for the opener.

The one plastic part that wears out, and hardware stores don't carry it. Repair guys have it and won't sell it to you - they prey on the desperate to dish out $100 for the repair.
I think the best bet is to go ahead and buy another one for spare in about three years, and not have to wait for the darn thing in the mail.
