Had everything I needed with instructions. Quick repair job that only cost me $34 instead of $150 for a new Opener w/o the rail. Product arrived quickly and the price was competitive.

I am thankful that Gatehouse carries the parts I needed to fix my garage door opener--the manufacturer no longer even lists my opener's model number! The parts arrived within about three days, and were a perfect match for my opener. Also included, though unexpected, were very detailed instructions for installing the parts, and a tube containing more than enough of an appropriate grease. Everything went together easily, and now my garage door opener is working as though it is brand new. Couldn't be happier with Gatehouse's products and service.
