Product(s) working fine. Instructions to program were a bit confusing but through trial and error managed to complete the process. Saved myself some money buying these items through you. Local stores carry only universal remotes and are quite expensive.
i have not used the remote or tried to program it yet but i am sure it will work just fine.i could not even find one until i found the lift master web sight.
The remote arrived quickly and was easy to program with the garage door opener. Nothing could have been better.
The gatehouse website is easy to navigate. I didnt have a model number for our remote garage door opener so I clicked on the picture of the opener that looked like the one I wanted to replace and Gatehouse supplies suggested I replace it with 893 max. It worked and it offers other features that our old garage clicker didnt have.
I was very pleased with my order. It was delivered in a timely manner. I was not able to find it at Lowes Home Improvement or Home Depot. So I was told to go online and search for what I needed. Your company had it. Thank you very much, the instructions was easy to read and I was able to program my garage door opener.

I purchased the 893 door control to replace one that was more than 20 years old...your website was the first place that explained clearly that this opener would work on my OLD door opener motor. I have a GREEN learn lite. I follwed the instructions and I now have remote that works. The product arrived 3 days after the order was placed.
