K75-12492 K75-12492 Brake Kit for Model BMT5011

Got this kit to add a brake to my MT5011 operator. No instructions but from the parts diagram in the operator manual it is easy to figure out. Note you can see the wiring diagram in the operator manual and identify which two power leads to use. Kit has two bolts to mount the solenoid, it really needs four but it will work with two.
