My garage door stopped working. After doing some research I narrowed it down to the control panel for the motor. Got a great price for the part at Gate House Supplies. Fast shipping. Took a little longer than expected but not their fault, winter storms delayed transit. When it finally arrived I had no problems whatsoever installing and getting my door operational again. Instructions were simple and easy to follow. Had the thing installed and up and running in less than half an hour, at a quarter of the cost from the manufacturer.

This product was received promptly and was an identical, genuine replacement to the original control board in my Chamberlain door opener. Although my opener's error codes were indicating an RPM sensor or motor problem (LED flashes 5 times), my door would go up and down on backup battery power, so I figured it must be the control board. Fortunately this was true and my opener is now working fine.

I don't know if the old one burned out because the garage door springs were messed-up or not. Springs are now replaced, so I hope the logic board lasts this time.
