These eyes have been replaced by the 041-0136 that can be used to replace the older 41a5034 eyes,
suggest getting the new style mounting brackets 041-0155-000

Liftmaster Safety Eye Sensors kit (used on 1997-current units)one side has amber led other side has green led units attach to brackets by head of carriage bolt (they do not have a bolt hole through them) units measure appx 1-1/4 " long w/3 feet 2-conductor wire

    My door wouldn't close w-o holding the indoor switch till it was closed.one sensor l.e.d. was out.checked gatehouse supplies website.found video on how to choose correct sensor very helpful,it made it very easy to o9rder proper kit.Got parts within a week & installed them.Door now closes with remote.I recommend these folks if you need door parts!!

    I had a Liftmaster Garage Door Opener that replaced a much older (1970's) opener, and I needed the Safety Sensor kit to make the replacement opener perform correctly. I ordered the kit ~ it arrived within 3 days ~ I installed the kit, and it performed flawlessly the first time!
