    The replacement Gear and sprocket assembly worked, the only problem that I had was with the instruction that could have been a little more clear or had larger illustrations of the parts that needed to be disconnected to put the assembly in.

    My daughter's 28 yo Garage door opener stopped part way up. I checked it out and found gears stripped. Went online and found prices all over the map, Luckily I ran across Gatehouse with a kit that was priced right, I ordered and had the parts in a couple of days. All the parts I needed and got the opener working like new. Checked her second opener the next day and found it was almost ready to quit for the same reason, I ordered another kit and now both her doors work great!

    I only needed the main shaft. It had sheared off at the top after 20 years of use. Direct bolt in. I had my opener working again in about an hour.

    We could hear the Craftsman opener grinding a little more each time we used it. Then finally, the exposed sprocket sheered off. Everything else was still good. I was thrilled to find this product online & be able to repair my setup. They had an easy to follow YouTube video. The part arrived in a couple of days, & with a little elbow grease, & real grease, I had it repaired & working again.

    Our garage door opener broke but I was able to take it apart and see what part was broken. I then did a quick search on the internet and found your web site. It was easy to navigate with detailed drawings of the different parts that are specific to our old unit.
    The parts arrived the next day and I was able to get the opener working again.
